STEP ONE: Gather inspiration & fill out our custom design form with as much detail as possible! Our design team will then reach out to you within 48 hours with additional information along with an estimate.
STEP TWO: Our designers create digital renderings which we will email to you for review. Now is your time to make edits! We will repeat this process until the design meets your approval.
STEP THREE: Once design is finalized, we will email you a custom invoice to complete your order. Production will begin after the invoice has been paid and takes about 4-5 weeks!
STEP FOUR: Your dream design is complete & on it's way to you ready for your perfect moment! It will be securely mailed with discreet 2-day insured FedEx shipping.
Use Your Own Stones
We love nothing more than incorporating your special stone(s) into your design. Whether they're from your existing ring or have been passed down, you can bring that same sentimentality into your new design.
Did you know?
We offer 3D resin models for custom designs only, for an additional fee, giving you a chance to see your design before it's approved for production! Consult with one of your design specialists for more information.
