CUSTOM


Each custom piece is uniquely different, making the design timeline vary. The design process timelines ranges from 2-6 weeks, as it is based on the details of your custom ring. Once your ring is designed and ready for production, production takes about 3-5 weeks. Please plan on a rough estimate of 6-10 weeks for customs designs.
Pricing for a custom ring varies on the ring you are looking to design. There are a lot of factors that can affect the price of a custom ring such as stone size and shape, if there are accent stones, and the amount of gold.

REPAIRS


We are sorry to hear your jewelry needs to be repaired. Please email us at info@afandijewelers.com with your order number and explanation of the issue. Our dedicated repairs team will be able to provide you with solutions and assistance. We will provide the information needed to ship your ring in for repair. The repairs process typically takes 7-10 business days from when it arrives in our office. We work hard to get your order back to you as soon as possible. We ship all repairs back with Fed-Ex? shipping within the US.
Afandi offers one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase for all US customers. This includes free shipping for the first resize. For international customers, there will be a return shipping fee of $X for the complimentary resizing. See our ring resizing policy for more details.
