WHAT ARE AFANDI'S BUSINESS HOURS?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00am-6:00pm CST. If you reach out to us after hours, we will respond within the next day during business hours.
DO YOU DO REPAIRS?
Yes, we repair jewelry and watches. All our locations have experienced jewelers, and all work is done in house. You can expect to get your items back significantly faster than our competitors.
DO YOU DO JEWELERY APPRAISALS?
Yes! We have certified gemologists in our stores to evaluate your items. Each appraisal comes with both a physical document and digital copy.
DOES AFANDI TAKE APPOINTMENTS?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive an email confirmation.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
YES, as long as the order hasn't shipped already. DOES AFANDI OFFER FINANCING?
We offer both financing and layaway.

Our materials are sourced from established U.S. suppliers, and we only work with suppliers who state that they follow ethical sourcing practices.
HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIMELINE FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Each custom piece is uniquely different, making the design timeline vary. The design process timelines range from 1-6 weeks depending on the intricacy of the piece and how many design drafts are needed.
HOW MUCH MORE IS A CUSTOM RING?
Pricing for a custom ring varies on the ring you are looking to design. There are a lot of factors that can affect the price of a custom ring such as stone size and shape, if there are accent stones, and the amount of gold. That being said custom rings are usually less expensive, since we can build within your budget and craft the piece you want instead of being limited to what's in the display case.
REPAIRS
HOW DO I GET MY RING REPAIRED?
You can bring the item in to the store or you can email us at info@afandijewelers.com with an explanation of the issue. Our dedicated repairs team will be able to provide you with solutions and the information needed to ship your ring in for repair.
HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR TAKE?
The repairs process typically takes 1-3 business days from when it arrives in our office. Our craftsman work hard to get your order back to you as soon as possible. We ship all repairs back with Fed-Ex 2-day shipping within the US.
WHAT IF I NEED MY RING RESIZED?
Afandi offers one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase for all US customers. This includes free shipping for the first resize. For international customers, there will be a shipping fee for the complimentary resizing. See our ring resizing policy for more details.
