We encourage and abide by the quality of our craftsmanship.

Our Limited Warranty includes:

• Repairs within the first 60 days from delivery including bent prongs, missing accent stones, etc.
• Correcting any manufacturing defects.
• Professional cleaning and inspection.
  

Our Limited Warranty does not cover:

• The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools/hot tubs, or bathing.
• Coverage for wear and tear and maintenance.
• Damage due to trauma such as bent heads, missing center stones, restoration work on setting or prongs.
• Theft or loss of the center stone, gemstones, or the ring.
• Damage or loss caused by failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of jewelry.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for our rings since gold is a precious metal, and hands are actively used in daily life. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance.

Repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than AFANDI will void the Limited Warranty.
